Shipping policy

Checklist regarding overseas delivery (please be sure to confirm the items on this checklist before placing your order)

-Depending on the customs regulations of the customer’s country/region, import taxes and/or customs duties may potentially be incurred separately. Please understand in advance that all costs incurred in the importing country will be the responsibility of the customer.

-Although our company will make every effort to prepare necessary documents for customs clearance, the content of the documents required may differ depending on the country of import.

 

-Please understand that our company will not bear any responsibility should there be any circumstances which prevent customs clearance (No cancellations of product orders will be accepted).

-If, however, there are explicit requirements for documents, etc. for the purpose of customs clearance, then we ask that you please contact us, as we may be able to consult with you and provide necessary information depending on the content/nature of the customs requirements.

(However, this does not mean our company can guarantee successful customs clearance)

 

Order placement & inventory conditions

-Even if the product you wish to order appears on your computer screen as being available for purchase, there may be disparity between that computer display and actual inventory status depending on the timing of your order.

Please understand that, in the event of a lack of inventory stock for the product you desire, a certain period of time may be necessary for production of that product. (In such instances, we will contact you to confirm that we can have time to carry out production of your product or If you wish to cancel your order)

-Please contact us through our inquiry form if you wish to have individual product inventory confirmation in advance.

-Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, there may be subtle differences in the shape and color of each product.  In addition, please understand that there may also be individual differences in product weight.

 -Products that are in stock are scheduled to arrive at the customer’s home/business in approximately 2-3 weeks after the order has been placed.  (The product arrival may potentially shift to sometime either before or after the scheduled date of arrival.  We will contact you if there is any significant/drastic change in the arrival date.)

-There may be changes in delivery dates, shipping methods and/or fees in cases where large volume orders are necessary for restaurants, etc. It is our hope to propose the best possible methods, etc. for your product order, so please contact us via our inquiry form to this end when necessary. (The average, standard total cost for products ordered exceeds 200,000 yen)
